Diane has concocted fun, vegetarian cookbooks featuring hundreds of original recipes. She parlayed her experiences   as a wife and mother into humorous gift books on pregnancy and parenting. Her latest venture is manufacturing an exciting selection of southern gourmet snacks. Besides appearances on numerous TV shows, including "Regis & Kathie Lee," "CBS This Morning",  "Donny & Marie", CNN and more, she has been featured in "Southern Living", "The Wall Street Journal" and "Newsweek". Diane was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Jeff Justice and daughters Jennica and Jianna.

JEFF JUSTICE  is a humorous, motivational keynote speaker and trainer who shows how to use appropriate humor in the workplace and at home to release stress, defuse anger, and improve relationships. After touring as a headliner comedian, he began writing humorous books when he and his wife Diane Pfeifer were expecting their first child. Jeff is a native New Yorker. In addition to his performances and book projects, he teaches stand-up comedy classes in Atlanta, Georgia, where he now resides.

NANCY RADCLIFFE EDWARDS has been painting and writing since childhood. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, she graduated from 'Ole Miss.' She has owned an art gallery and has sold over 400,000 copies of her beautiful write-your-own cookbooks, journals and memory books. Nancy currently resides in Marietta, Georgia where she operates a bed-and-breakfast inn, The Whitlock Inn.
